Privacy Policy

The short version: your data is stored securely, and we will never, for any reason, share, sell, or distribute it. Here is the longer version.

What we collect

• Mailing list. If you join the list, we keep the email address or phone number you give us, so we can send you the updates you asked for.
• Shop orders. When you buy something, we keep your name, email, and (for physical items) shipping address, so we can deliver your order and send your receipt and download codes.
• Messages. If you email us, we keep the email. Max really does read fan mail.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by Square, and PayPal or Venmo payments by PayPal. Your card number goes directly to them over an encrypted connection, and it never touches or gets stored on this site. Their handling of your data is covered by the Square privacy policy and the PayPal privacy statement.

What we never do

• We never sell, share, rent, or distribute your information to third parties.
• We never use your information for anything beyond the updates and orders described above.
• We do not run advertising or tracking networks on this site.

Your choices

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. For texts, reply STOP at any time (or HELP for help). Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. If you want your information corrected or deleted entirely, just ask.
